Returning to Mass - a survey

The Archbishop has indicated that as the lock-down restrictions are lifted, there will need to be precautions and procedures put in place in each Catholic Church before any decisions are made. To help make informed decisions we would be grateful if you could complete this survey which includes several questions concerning your current feeling about returning to regular church activities.
